The Power Of Music Goes On

Hello, friends and fellow Travis fans out there. I wrote a blog around a month & a half ago talking about going to the Laurel Co. Detention CNTR and singing songs like "Three Wooden Crosses", "When Mama Prayed", "Baptism" etc. Up until yesterday, I had only been to the men inmates' church service at the jail, except for attending just the last 45 min. of a women's jail service recently. Well, my lovely wife, Tracy, said she just felt led to go to the women's service at the jail for her 1st time. I told her that I would take her, so I went with. Well, I wound up singing for the women in jail up there too and I shared some words of faith with them. Well, they really responded with tears and humility and you could tell that they were really touched and ministered to. But do you know the songs that touched them the most?..."Three Wooden Crosses", "Baptism", and a few more right along that line. There have been so many really touched by those songs, I don't think they'll ever get old...God Bless Yall...
